Lockdown Language

It's amazing how language that very few people have heard of before, let alone used, is now so common during the coronavirus pandemic? Some of the most common words are:

to ramp up something
key workers
to furlough people
first responders

Personal Protection Equipment (PPEs)
to flatten the curve
a lockdown
social distancing
SAGE
an exit strategy
stay at home
remote working
a spike
a new normal
